This home was almost lost due to years of neglect. We repaired wood rot and termite damage all around the lower walls, On one end, you could stick a finger through the base and feel the carpet inside. That end had to be shored up and a support beam poured under it. Above is what we started with in the back; below is the end result of H & H quality. We also put a large bath inside and installed a jacuzzi tub and new fixtures.
Here is the front of the same home. In the finished view, note the new garage door, the updated windows, and the custom cut arches for the porch. Also of note is the new roof line, breaking up the 'boxy' feel of the structure, and the meter cover using the same vinyl siding as the house. The owner was very happy!
